Export Sales Executive

Proposing sales policies and promotional programs for product and company image.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Finding and Developing Potential Customers.
Preparing monthly sales reports and reports on the status of outgoing invoices.
Receiving information requests for new product quotes and then ly checking and providing quotes to customers. Creating product samples when requested by customers.
Coordinating with the warehouse and delivery departments to arrange and manage deliveries to customers.
Receiving and handling customer feedback regarding product quality, pricing, delivery schedules, and other related information.
Performing other tasks as required by the sales department manager.
Planning daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules. Ensuring customer service covers all content as described in the job description.
Organizing and implementing order fulfillment, supervising the progress of each order as confirmed by the workshop.
Organizing, supervising, and processing orders to meet the monthly revenue targets.
Maintaining records and reporting as required.

At least 3 years of experience as a sales staff in the same field of manufacturing and exporting interior and exterior furniture.
Good at English
