Listing and Receiving Materials
Organize and assign staff to receive goods from the storeroom following the restaurant- hotel management procedures and ensure proper storage.
Prepare a daily list of materials and purchase requests to serve the operations of the bar section.
Control and take full responsibility for all departmental activities, assets, inventories, costs, and pricing, ensuring compliance with the Hotel’s standards and regulations on quality, presentation, and pricing of products.
Bar Operation Management
At the beginning of each shift, inspect the preparation of bartenders (materials, tools, and equipment) to ensure readiness for service.
Assign staff to perform tasks as requested by higher- level management.
Approach and converse with guests to gather feedback on drink quality and staff service attitude.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise the drink preparation process and remind staff to make timely adjustments when errors are detected.
Taste beverages before serving guests; if they do not meet the standards, request the bartender to remake them.
Bar Staff Management
Fairly evaluate staff performance and propose rewards for outstanding employees.
Personally train or assign staff to provide on- the- job guidance for new employees.
Participate in the recruitment interview process for new bartenders.
Provide continuous training and coaching to enhance bartending skills and knowledge.
Arrange and assign work schedules for bartenders.
Other Duties

Male/Female in good health to participate in the internship at the property.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Good attitude, hardworking, enthusiastic, and honest in the workplace.
