JOB SUMMARY
• Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness
• Interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food and Beverage and hotel
• Communicate with target customers and manage guests relationship
• Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel
• Maintain and update Food and Beverage guests database
• Evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports
• Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market
• Co- create and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities
• Prepare sales- related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 01 year experience at Food & Beverage section.
• Fluent English| Strong communication| A food & beverage lover.
• Hotel background is highly preferred.
