DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Restaurant & Bars marketing execution
• Utilize customer insights and data analytics to identify areas for growth and make informed decisions
• Cooperate with third parties or partners to deploy and run regional, country or hotel campaigns such as Marriott Bonvoy, Club Marriott or any business partners
• Support F&B leaders and Restaurant Managers for F&B activations, special events, merchandise, food tasting, food festival, workshop and promotions
• Conduct weekly F&B marketing meetings involving F&B Operations and Marketing teams
• Work with Creative Manager to create enticing visuals, promotional materials, and menu displays and other essentials for the outlet activities
• Coordinate launch events of special promotions and yearly projects
• Work closely with the culinary team to execute new food and beverage concepts that align with promotional objectives
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of promotions and maintain service quality
• Plan F&B marketing calendar, execute F&B marketing plans and run marketing campaigns aligned with sales activities and promotional campaigns
• Work with Creative Manager and lead the photography for monthly F&B promotions or coordinate on the photography projects of outsourcing between the hotel and production house
Digital & Social Media Execution
• Develop and execute social media strategies for all restaurants & bars aligned with the hotel’s business goals, hotel marketing initiatives and F&B marketing plan
• Create, source, schedule, and distribute social media content in collaboration with cross- functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives
• Create and implement social media contests, and other user- engagement tactics that are in line with the hotel’s F&B marketing goals
• Keep all directories and online listings up- to- date for all outlets
• Monitor effective benchmarks. Analyze, review, and report on weekly, monthly and yearly basis
• Identify and build partnerships with local influencers and bloggers
• Update and maintain outlets’ website content, ensuring it aligns with current marketing initiatives and SEO best practices
• Establish a positive online presence for the outlets and monitor community feedback in real- time
• Deploy and run paid advertising campaigns to drive F&B marketing goals and objectives
• Manage day- to- day activities of selected social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, and any required channels for all restaurant and bar outlets
