Fabric Sourcing

Evaluating potential fabric suppliers in the market
Reporting to relevant departments and coordinating with personnel to resolve issues and track service progress
Coordinating with departments to resolve tasks most efficiently
Other tasks as requested by direct management
Sourcing fabrics both internally and externally
Contacting fabric manufacturers and material suppliers both domestically and internationally
Inspecting and ensuring the quality of fabrics from suppliers
Ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines are met
Advising and reporting on fabric sources/quality when requested

Strong analytical and time management skills
Extensive knowledge of various types of fabrics and fabric suppliers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
At least 2 years of experience in fabric sourcing or related fields
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Preferably a graduate with a major in textiles from universities
