Facilities Supervisor

The Role
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily workplace operations and leading a multi- disciplinary team, including Administration, Technical/Engineering staff, Security, and Housekeeping. This role ensures that all facility services run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, advanced reporting skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast- paced, high- pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver accurate, professional reports on facility operations, incidents, KPIs, and service performance.
Manage facility dashboards, monitor key metrics, and provide data- driven insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure all processes and procedures are implemented and followed in compliance with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and internal policies.
Lead, manage, and develop the Admin, Technical, Security, and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth day- to- day operations across all facilities.
Coordinate and support all audits, including ISO audits and client audits, ensuring full readiness and timely closure of corrective actions.
Handle high- pressure tasks, manage multiple priorities, and be willing to work overtime when required to support operational needs.
Collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams; demonstrate creative, flexible problem- solving and strong teamwork skills.

Ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and handle demanding situations professionally.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Strong reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Solid experience in facilities management or workplace operations.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Understanding ISO compliance, health and safety standards, and audit requirements is a strong advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
