Facility Mechanical Engineer (HVAC, Firefighting, Piping)

Capture and create a list of defects/non- conformity for contractors to fix for the installation on site.
Coordinate and support where necessary for statutory submissions with design consultants and Contractors.
Review and ensure all as- build drawings according to site installation.
Review, comment and approve O&M documents submitted by Contractors.
Continue Improve Mech System, solution optimize system including safety and energy saving.
Working with other department for acceptance and MOC, firefighting acceptance
Attend all T&C program of Mechanical system.
Daily meeting and assigned daily work for technician.
Review and approve the contractor&039;s installation method of statement and submittals of material prior entering to site.
Prepare SOP, WI and Issue Response Flow Chart
Yearly Maintenance Master Plan development and execute.
Prepare Mech system budget: spare part and consumable part, operation budget.
Design review and BOQ to ensure technical demonstration according to TTI requirements and contracts.
Perform other tasks assigned by Facility Supervisor and Manager.
Review and approve construction shop drawings submitted by Contractors, ensure compliance with the requirements of the design and specification.
Developing Mechanical specifications, as well as preparing parameter calculations for mechanical system includes HVAC (Chiller, Cooling, AHU, DHU), Compressed Air, Vacuum, Nitogen, DI water and Piping system
Vendor service supervisors ensure compliance with TTI’s regulations.
Do a layout of equipment of Production or Facility
Issue tracking and element: trouble shooting, find root cause, coordinate with PRC Vendor to fix and prepare Report.
Work closely with other disciplines including Engineering team in China & Manufacturing.

This position will be based in Tan Phu Trung, Cu Chi Factory. Shuttle bus from Tan Binh, Binh Thanh, Hoc Mon, Thu Duc District 1, 9; Binh Duong; Dong Nai is available.

Integrity and transparency attitude
Excellent communication in Vietnamese, good communication skill in English, ability to read technical documents in English.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, AutoCAD.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical system (HVAC/Piping, etc)
Minimum 4 years’ experience with Construction and Operation & Maintenance of Mechanical /HVAC related to multinational manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve problems.
