Mechanical Engineer / Kỹ Sư Chế Tạo Máy Móc

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering activities within the manufacturing facility, ensuring that products and machine are produced and maintained well to meet quality standards, not disrupt production schedules, and cost objectives. He plans and coordinates with R&D and production team, serve as a bridge between R&D and other departments to formulate and apply design criteria, production requirements, and evaluate initial design or recommends modifications.
Essential functions and key responsibilities are:

Manage and oversee the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and automation systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (R&D, production, sourcing, quality...) to develop and implement new machine/technique/products/parts or processes.
Provide engineering support and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize production output.
Ensure compliance with industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally work environment.
Lead and manage the Engineer team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure the team&039;s success and professional growth.
Develop and manage the Mechanical engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
Cooperate with other teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

Experience

Proven experience in Mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years.

Skills/personal qualifications

In- depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly methods, machining, fabrication, and automation.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in manufacturing operations.
Excellent problem- solving and decision- making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Proficiency engineering tools.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals and objectives.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements and optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams both Internal & External.
Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO standards.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor/Engineer’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
