Researching and developing new products

Researching and developing new products. Cooperate with relating Departments (Marketing, PPL, CS, Sale...)

Optimizing and improving quality of current products

Optimizing and improving quality of current products.
Support in investigating complaint products.

Supporting other department to proceed product development smoothly

Supporting Production Department to validate new product manufacturing processes.
Supporting QC Department in product stability monitoring, finished product specification, raw material specifications, packaging material specifications.
Supporting Marketing Department to develop new labeling designs.

Planning, performing tests and evaluating test results of formulation, new raw materials, new packaging materials.

Routine and periodic checking of instruments and equipments.

Compiling and controlling documents: Protocols, reports, records and product information files.

Supporting technical information of new raw material for custom clearance.

Documents arrangement supporting product registration, product claim/communication.
Follow other duties if required from R&D Manager.

Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)
Careful, honest
Freshed Graduated from University with Pharmacy background is the priority
Strong and good discipline
Working under pressure
Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
Problem- solving skills
Teamwork skills
