Factory Technical Support - Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật Nhà Máy

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Reporting to Factory Technical Support Lead – this position is responsible for ensuring our Brand Partner factories fully understand the installation requirements of BOA products prior to their production start. You will conduct installation training and provide technical support for Brand Partner factories. You will also ensure the factories correctly install BOA system on the product.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with BOA internal teams and brand partner factories to understand development and production schedules and schedule trainings to brand partner factories on a timely basis
Translate and update the manufacturing instruction documents
Complete, organize, and submit detailed and professional Brand Partner Factory Visit Reports in our system
Prepare and review the training presentation documents, ensure the documents at Brand Partner factories are up- to- date
Review, recommend and update the installation method to improve the installation efficiency
Regularly role model BOA’s values to your team and others
Have a good understanding of all BOA products including the functionality and the installation requirements
Deliver proficient training to our brand partner factories to ensure all BOA- powered products meet our design and installation requirements before they are launched in the market
Assist Brand Partner factories in resolving any issue they may have and involve relevant members within BOA to address their issue
Perform on- site investigation related to product quality or installation when required

TỔNG QUAN VAI TRÒ
Báo cáo cho Trưởng nhóm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật của nhà máy- vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo các nhà máy Đối tác thương hiệu của chúng tôi hiểu đầy đủ các yêu cầu lắp đặt các sản phẩm BOA trước khi bắt đầu sản xuất. Bạn sẽ tiến hành đào tạo lắp đặt và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các nhà máy của Đối tác Thương hiệu. Bạn cũng sẽ đảm bảo các nhà máy cài đặt chính xác hệ thống BOA trên sản phẩm
NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC:

Hoàn thành, sắp xếp và gửi Báo cáo công việc chi tiết và chuyên nghiệp trong hệ thống của chúng tôi
Thường xuyên đề cao về các giá trị của công ty cho nhóm của bạn và những người khác
Cung cấp chương trình đào tạo thành thạo cho các nhà máy đối tác thương hiệu để đảm bảo tất cả các sản phẩm sử dụng đều đáp ứng các yêu cầu về thiết kế và lắp đặt của chúng tôi trước khi chúng được tung ra thị trường
Dịch và cập nhật tài liệu hướng dẫn sản xuất
Có hiểu biết tốt về tất cả các sản phẩm nút thắt giày bao gồm chức năng và yêu cầu cài đặt
Xem xét, đề xuất và cập nhật phương pháp cài đặt để nâng cao hiệu quả cài đặt
Hỗ trợ nhà máy giải quyết mọi vấn đề họ có thể gặp phải và thu hút các thành viên có liên quan trong công ty giải quyết vấn đề của họ
Làm việc với các nhóm nội bộ của công ty và các nhà máy đối tác thương hiệu để hiểu lịch trình phát triển và sản xuất cũng như lên lịch đào tạo kịp thời cho các nhà máy đối tác thương hiệu
Chuẩn bị và xem xét các tài liệu đào tạo, đảm bảo tài liệu tại các nhà máy được cập nhật

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 years of experience in footwear manufacturing. Familiar with the whole process of shoes making and shoes structure
Can accept foreigners (Taiwanese, Chinese... who can speak English and Chinese well)
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Frequent travel is required
Tertiary education

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Good command of spoken Vietnamese

Có thể chấp nhận người nước ngoài (Đài Loan, Trung Quốc... biết nói tiếng Anh tốt) hoặc người Việt Nam ở miền Trung, Miền Bắc (có thể ở nhà làm việc, khi cần có thể lên công ty)
Khả năng nói, viết tiếng Anh tốt
Cao đẳng trở lên
Cần phải đi lại thường xuyên
Kinh nghiệm xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ khách hàng
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất giày dép. Làm quen với toàn bộ quá trình làm giày và cấu trúc giày
