DEVELOPMENT
• Join Development meeting with Designer, supporting the development with technical solutions.
• Follow up the process of samples development supporting the Designer in Brazil or China.
APPROVALS
• Join fitting together with designer/DTP accordingly with the deadline in a FAST mindset.
• Cross check with the designer and merchandiser in case of question about the approval.
• Receive the approval submission from merchandiser together with last samples and original proto sample.
• Approve lab dips, strike off, trims, PPS and SS acordingly with the deadline in a FAST mindset.
• Join Final Meeting with merchandiser, DTP and Brazil team to make approvals with excellence.
MARKET RESEARCH
• Search fashion trends on the local market such as 1) trims and fabric market 2) suppliers 3) fairs and 4) benchmarks sharing this information with Brazil team in an efficient way.
OPERATIONAL
• Organize files accordingly with the orders issued and keep this file well organize to optimize the approvals (only without Designer assistant).
• Support design team in all operational daily routine as DHL, cutting and sending fabric swatches to suppliers or Brazil
• Organize showroom – trims & fabrics – for the development meetings with suppliers or with Brazil.
• Receive samples, trims and fabrics from suppliers/Brazil and send by courier to suppliers/Brazil.
