Job Description:
Market and Customer Research:
- Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, materials, and methods suitable for products according to the brand direction and strategy.
- Collaborate with relevant departments on product material and supplier coordination.
- Ensure that the product design aligns with market trends, business strategy, and is cost- effective.
Sample Design:
- Oversee the entire product design process, from conceptualization to the creation of sample products.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising department to tell the product story.
- Collaborate with design team members to generate design ideas, concepts, and new collections for the company&039;s products.
Product Information: Develop a comprehensive product information set (information on materials, styles, designs, functionality, colors, etc.).
Sample Presentation, Product Introduction: Collaborate with design team members to present samples and introduce sample products to relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Understanding of materials, forms, and colors.
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D, etc.)
- Analytical skills for customer trend analysis.
- Ability to illustrate and express drawings.
- Basic cutting and sewing skills.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use English or Chinese (basic).
- Knowledge of product display.
Location:
You can work at one of two locations:
- YODY Office, HH1 Building, 90 Nguyen Tuan, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
- Hai Duong Headquarters: An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa, Hai Duong (with transportation from Hanoi to Hai Duong).
