F&B MANAGER

• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Strategize on new products and service offerings
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
• Manage all F&B and day- to- day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Cooperating with Marcom to aggressively and regularly offer F&B promotions
• Conducts regular Performance Development discussions with F&B employees and to support them in their professional development goals.
• Provide a mutual communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
• Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
• Manage a highly localized team of F&B professionals and partner with the hotel&039;s Executive Chef and Events team to design exceptional menus, F&B promotions and delightful events to increase our customer base and retain our most loyal customers.
• Maximizes the effectiveness of F&B employees by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
• Create unforgettable experiences for our guests

Required Skills:
• Strong leadership skills to coach and manage a highly localized team
• Highly organized with excellent negotiation skills
• Energetic, proactive, hands- on leader
• Updated with the latest F&B trends, technologies and best practices and ability to tie this into guest needs and wants
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Qualifications:
• University/College
Experience:
• Progressive career in food and beverage with 4 to 5- star international hotel brands with at least 2 years’ experience as a Food and Beverage Manager/Assistant Manager.
