Field Sales Staff

Summary of Job Description
The position involves providing business & sales operational support to dealers through regular monthly visits. Responsibilities also include conducting monthly market data analysis, including tracking sales volume, market share, and competitor activities. Additionally, the position supports dealers in improving customer care standards and increasing CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and SSI (Service Satisfaction Index) scores.
Job Descriptions
Major Duties
• Market data analysis, reports: Supporting dealers to analyze monthly and quarterly sales data and advice dealers solutions to improve sales performance.
• Supporting dealers&039; operation in overall: set up yearly Target Agreement (cars sales, manpower...). Setting market share target and monthly sales criteria for dealers. Together with dealers to plan monthly orders and sales. Advise dealers action plans to increase the customer satisfaction index (SSI/CSI).
• Supporting dealers in Sales operation: Instructing dealers to properly and promptly implement sales policies issued by Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam. Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities of dealers.
Minor Duties
• Dealers’ SSI/CSI operation: support dealers in handling customer complaints related to sales and services and propose solutions to improve CSI/SSI.
