Finance & Accounting Manager

Financial strategy

Analyze the financial situation of the School to develop appropriate strategies.
Design tuition packages suitable for the strategy to attract students.
Plan and evaluate the School&039;s financial activities.

2.
Building financial plans

Ensure the School&039;s assets and capital are under control and utilized in a reasonable and profitable manner.
Develop and implement cash management policies to ensure adequate funds to meet short- term payment needs.
Ensure liquidity maintenance, safe capital flow, and sufficient financial resources for the School&039;s operations.
Establish contingency funding plans for unexpected situations or sudden financial needs.

3.
The accounting task and other tasks

Monitor and take responsibility for the School&039;s accounting- related activities.
Make CIT, PIT, P/L report for internal and tax government.
Manage internal, internal books and set up all accounting documents for TAS on accounting system.
Monitor Account Payable: manage and verify all of the payment requests before submit for approval, payment voucher.
Perform other delegated tasks.
Generate monthly tax report and yearly financial statement, dealing with tax office for problems, work with auditor yearly.
Manage and check Cash- flow every week, monthly

At least 5 years of related experience
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and reasoning skills.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
Preference for candidates with prior experience in international schools.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
Leadership ability and the capacity to collaborate with other departments.
