Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
Monitoring office expenses and tallying and entering cash receipts
Understanding of Asana (production software) including sales, quotes, enquiries and calendar
Executing daily requirements of accounts payable, collection, billing analysis.
Maintaining a clear financial calendar input with all sales invoices and accounts payable
Preparing cash flow statements
Working with third- party for paying PIT and work with Tax Department re PIT
Provide insightful information and expectations to the founder to aid in long- term and short- term decision making
Looking for cost- reduction opportunities
Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
Completing VAT returns and preparing invoices for HMRC- UK
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
Working with other departments to maximize sales turnover and minimize the cost.
Monitoring cash flow and tracking the company&039;s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvements.
Checking company bank statements and coordinating bank deposits
Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues
Provide all custom quotes within 2- 5 working days from suppliers
Controlling the finances for all 3 companies in US, UK and Vietnam (US and UK finances are externally audited)
Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll
Matching purchase orders with invoices
Balancing accounts and keeping accurate ledgers
Managing and coordinating monthly and annual reporting, budgeting and re- forecast processes. Highlighting issues and suggesting improvements.
Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company
Paying vendor invoices
Controlling of pricing.
Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
Accompanying the Founder to key meetings to present financial reports to relevant parties, potential investors or clients
