RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tax
Monitor and update corporate team of changes to regulatory environment within Vietnam.
Coordinate all statutory tax filings within Vietnam.
Serve as primary contact with regulatory authorities on tax matters.
Understand & enforce the regulations and rules of the local/National Vietnamese Gov’t financial control bureaues as well as maximize these rules for SPI/SPHK/SPV’s benefit.
Ensure compliance with all tax reporting requirements.
Audit
Coordinate annual audit activities with external audit team
Provide timely response to audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Treasury
Coordinate in country insurance coverages and claims.
Serve as primary contact point for banking relationships within Vietnam.
Monitor account balances and liquidity.
Control Foreign Exchange exposure.
Completion of cash flow management and forecasting activities
Accounting
Support as necessary to the plant on setup and execution of GAAP Issues including revenue and cost recognition.
Audit the ¼’ly inventory related information, assist Materials Manager investigate all major variance dollar differences.
Management of sales price in Vietnam Tax systems.
Management of Accounts Receivable and Payable Activities including timely processing of receipts and payments
Review and finalize the journal entries daily.
Review the FA Module, MRP system, and ensure ongoing accuracy.
Review and finalize the Financial Statements monthly in conjunction with the Corporate Finance Department. Provide the GM with an analysis of the monthly Financial statements.
Responsible for all monthly internal and external reporting requirements
Ensure all accruals in the right accounting period. This includes Inter- Co accruals.
Leadership
Lead the Finance Department. Coach and evaluate the Finance staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Skills
Pass Wonderlic score of 28 or greater.
Excellence English.
Certified Accountant
Knowledge and practice in accounting, taxation, audits, finance management, international business and financing.
EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree or above.
EXPERIENCE
Supervisor or Management experience preferred.
At least 5 years financial working experience in a Manufacturing company.
