Finance Manager

Liase with government and other regulatory units to make sure that company comply the regulartory.
Manage all cash flow both the collection and payment.
Responsible for the payroll calculation and payment with the agency
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Liase with auditors and financial institutions to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Managing the close and ensure the reconciliation of the company’s accounts.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Generating the company’s monthly and YTD financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget plan.
Oversee all the finance works including set up relevant policy or procedure, and design a framework for these to be met.

License certify as Chief Accountant.
Can work well under pressure
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance & Accounting
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Hands- on experience and details oriented
Multi- tasking skills
Oracle experience will be considered a plus
Age 35- 45 years old
Fluent English communication
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
