Finance Planning Analyst

Goal Management (KPIs) (50%)
Compile performance evaluations from responsible personnel of each unit, identify causes, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and forecast the likelihood of future completion of KPIs across the units under the assigned responsibility
Guide and assist units in developing annual KPIs
Monitor and support units in the implementation of action plans according to KPIs and assess results
Research and analyze to understand the professional area of the assigned tasks/units to provide advice and solutions for improving goal management effectiveness
Summarize & Analyze Reports & Periodic Activity Plans(30%)
Compile and analyze the group and unit performance reports
Focus on analyzing the business model and operational efficiency (business), the operating status of the group based on data, results, and quantitative indicators regarding performance and financial effectiveness of the group and its responsible units
Organize personnel and assign tasks to prepare meeting documents for regular sessions of the CEO & Board of Directors as well as ad- hoc meetings as required by the CEO
Aggregate and filter information, promptly provide alerts and assessments to help the company and units operate more efficiently
Specialized Analysis, Participate in Projects as Requested by CEO (20%)
Join working groups to execute special topics or projects as assigned by the head of the unit
Supervise and drive the implementation of CEO directives related to the assigned tasks
Consult/propose improvements or additions to operational processes to the department leadership

• Preference for candidates with experience in investment funds, banks, Big4, or consulting firms, large corporations with operations/strategy management or planning & goal management departments
• University degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Statistics/ Finance or related fields
• At least 03 years of experience in roles such as Strategic Consultant/Strategic Partner, Finance Analyst, Equity Research, Investment Analyst, Corporate Finance, Treasury Analyst, Research Associate, Market Research...
• Good communication skills in English, strong ability to research professional materials
