JOB DECRIPTIONS
Support in Financial Planning:
Collect financial data from departments like Sales, Operations, and Marketing for analysis.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and long- term financial forecasts.
Perform detailed analysis to identify trends and provide data- driven insights for financial planning.
Risk Analysis:
Prepare risk assessment reports and present them to senior management.
Identify potential financial risks by analyzing market trends and internal data.
Scenario Planning:
Develop multiple financial scenarios based on different business environments.
Analyze the impact of various scenarios on the company‘s financial health.
Present scenario analysis to senior management for strategic decision- making.
Bank and Financial Institution Liaison:
Consolidate data into comprehensive financial reports for review by the FP&A team.
Gather financial data from ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and other internal sources.
Verify the accuracy of the data to ensure reliable financial reporting.
Prepare Financial Reports:
Ensure that financial reports comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Review and edit financial reports to ensure clarity and accuracy before submission to management.
Securities Transactions and Collateral Management:
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports to monitor liquidity.
Identify cash flow trends and suggest adjustments to improve liquidity management.
Track daily cash inflows and outflows to maintain an accurate cash flow position.
