We are looking for the candidate for Finance Supervisor, located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
JOB PURPOSES:
The Finance Supervisor specializing in PowerBI and Data will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing financial data, providing accurate and timely financial reports, and supporting decision- making processes through powerful analytical tools like PowerBI. The role also involves optimizing financial processes and ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITY
Financial Data Analyst:
Use PowerBI to create interactive, visual financial reports to assist management and teams in making informed, timely decisions.
Collect, process, and analyze financial data from various sources (ERP systems, internal financial systems, etc.).
Financial Reporting and Management:
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports.
Build and manage dashboards for real- time financial insights.
Develop and maintain regular financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Data Management & Process Improvement:
Propose and implement automation or process optimization solutions to streamline financial operations.
Work with cross- functional teams to improve data collection, processing, and reporting processes.
Ensure that financial data is accurate, complete, and adheres to organizational standards.
Collaboration and Support:
Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and other strategic initiatives with data- driven insights.
Collaborate with other departments (IT, Operations, etc.) to integrate data systems and improve data flow.
