Finance Supervisor (Tax)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination of year end audit activities.
Management of CIT incentives and Tax Activities.
Management of the effective income tax.
Preparation of property tax statements monthly, quarterly, annually – manage monthly property tax entries in G/L.
Identification of Tax reduction opportunities
Preparation of key tax information and supporting documentation for CIT incentives project.
Responsible of inspection for taxes by VN government.
Support, advise and monitor documents, records and activities to optimize tax incentives and minimize tax- related risks.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Skills:

Pass Wonderlic score of 21 or greater.
Good self- management and communication skills, time management, and ability to work under high pressure.
Deductible VAT, VAT in the investment phase, VAT refund for all types of activities (export production and new project investment).
Other taxes such as: Contractor tax, import tax, VAT on imported goods, license tax, transfer tax, other taxes...
Corporate income tax for foreign investment projects enjoys incentives.
Proficiency in office software especially in the use of Excel.
The ability of learning and using accounting software.
In- depth understanding of taxes in Vietnam such as:
Fluent English Language ability including listening, understand, speaking, reading and writing.

Experiences:

Worked with Tax agencies about all kind of taxes inspection for VAT refund, CIT finalized, FCT, License tax, Customs.
With the working experience of apply Industrial Supporting Product certification.
More than 03 years Accountant/ Taxes working experience and 02 years above team management experience.
Priority is given to candidates who have been working in tax service and tax consulting companies.

Education:

Bachelor&039;s degree or above. Tax, accounting related major is preferred.
Tax agent license will be given priority.
