Financial Analyst (Valuation)

Valuation/ Advisory:
Conduct real estate valuations of a wide range of industries using tested and accepted methodologies. Key responsibilities are:

Write valuation reports based on comparables and market data.
Conduct site visits and record location, surrounding developments, town planning, development or construction parameters of the subject property.
Estimate the value of the subject property based on its use and characteristics.
To be more specific:

+ Prepare and present the analysis in a clear and concise manner (reports or presentation)
+ Run financial models (DCF), direct comparison, capitalization.
+ Perform in- depth market research, analyze the collected data from market research and site visits to determine adopted inputs.
Data Management:

Ensure regular update of the database.
Record and maintain information of comparables.
Stay up- to- date with real estate laws & markets.

Client Service:

Contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications communicated to current and prospective clients.
Builds ability at all levels to engage/serve clients and grow relationships. Is accessible and responsive to client needs. Delivers the highest quality of service and technical excellence.
Develops relationships with equivalent level individuals in client firms.

Good teamwork
Fluently speaking and writing English is a must;
Creativity, imagination and the ability to use initiative;
Business- related awareness.
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders;
Good analytical and problem- solving skills, proactive
2 years experience in related field (real estate, finance, investment);
