Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Monitor financial performance and analyze variances against budget, forecast, and historical data
Assist the CEO in preparing strategic reports for submission to the Korean headquarters on a quarterly, semi- annual, and annual basis
Generate financial reports, visual dashboards, and executive presentations
Participate in the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long- term strategic planning

Desk Market Research:

Update and assess macroeconomic indicators, evaluate global and domestic economic trends, and offer investment insights across various asset classes
Perform secondary research using online databases, industry publications, and reports
Contribute to strategic planning by providing market sizing and benchmarking analysis
Study market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitor approaches
Collect and analyze data to support strategic business planning and decision- making
Communicate research insights clearly and effectively to finance and strategy teams

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent abilities in reporting, market research, and delivering presentations
Preference for Korean nationals or alumni from Korean universities with a background in business or finance
High integrity and transparency; strong communication skills; detail- oriented and objective in analysis; disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant role; experience in financial services or the securities industry is highly valued
Strong understanding of Vietnamese regulations, capital markets, and the stock exchange
