About the Financial Reporting and Tax Manager
Reporting directly to Head of Finance and Controlling, Financial Reporting and Tax Manager will be responsible for all financial reporting and tax areas of the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Tax compliance review (Head office and the Company branch)
• Prepare and ensure timely filing of tax reports to Tax authorities, and ensure compliance with Tax Laws (VAT, WHT, quarterly CIT), including but not limit to compliance check, declaration
• Liaise with tax authorities on tax related queries
• Prepare bi- yearly group tax workbook reporting to ensure group tax compliance
• Be a partner with commercial function for any tax adjustments
• Review and submit yearly CIT and disclosure of yearly related party transaction and audited financial statement to authority
Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly VAS report to be compliance with local requirements (accounting, tax, and audit)
• Be responsible for any local authority reports (investments, statistics…)
• Prepare and review provision and accrual for commercial / operation
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly group IFRS reports & Intercompany
• Prepare and enhance monthly liquidity reports
• Liaise with local consultants on transfer price queries
• Liaise with depts to ensure timely submission of forecast and business long term plan (i.e. 3- 5 years)
Commercial partner
• Jointly lead of internal projects if assigned
• Monitor and manage customer credit
• Be responsible for customer master data from end- to- end process
• Yearly the Company commercial insurance review
Accounting and controlling policies
• Support to address any queries from internal control system and internal audit measure
• Support to prepare / review yearly accounting and controlling policies
