As a Floor Service Professional (FSP), you are at the heart of our customer experience on the gaming floor. Your role is to ensure that every guest feels welcomed, well- guided, and fully supported while enjoying our gaming facilities. You are responsible for maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in the e- gaming industry is not required- we welcome individuals who demonstrate a professional service mindset and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the condition of game machines during shifts and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Assist guests with using game machines and ensure they feel comfortable and supported.
- Provide information about promotions, game rules, and membership benefits.
- Serve food and beverages exactly as requested by customers.
- Maintain cleanliness in the assigned working area.
- Support and assist colleagues to deliver the best possible service and meet customer needs.
- Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and support reward payouts.

Education:

- High School Diploma with at least 3- year experience in hospitality industry or College Diploma
Experience:
- Having working experience at hospitality industry is a plus.
Other Prerequisites:
- Good English communication skills.
- Applications must be submitted in English.
- Female candidates only, aged between 22 and 30.
- Shift work: one shift will be fixed for one week, then rotated (Shift A: 6 AM – 2 PM, Shift B: 2 PM – 10 PM, Shift C: 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Interview will be conducted entirely in English.
