Food Compliance Officer

- Prepare and submit dossiers (Spec for FG, Flowchart, Compliance packet, Packaging detail, FTA, Item Agreement…) to customers (Costco Wholesale).- Ensure all information required by Costco is informed accurately to the internal departments.- Ensure regulations of export markets (EU, APAC, Canada, US…) related to product quality (physicochemical, microbiological...), packaging and labeling are updated and informed to the relevant departments.- Monitor, support and coordinate with QA to register and/or renew the certification (Kosher, Organic, Korea MFDS, FSVP).- Monitor with packaging supplier for the How2recycle certification and update dossiers (specification, test report, migration, MOAH&MOSH).- Evaluate new packaging material suppliers.- For new exporting products: prepare and submit dossiers according to customer requirements; support and coordinate with Logistics to get certificate of free sales; prepare Product Self- declaration if necessary.- For new products: coordinate with RnD and Costco’s compliance department on claim, ingredient and food additive usage, food labeling, shelf- life, storage condition, packaging material and pallet configuration.- Coordinate with other departments to respond to Costco’s inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.- Evaluate, test and develop new packaging. The innovation include new packaging material, new packing format, suitable pallet configuration, reformulating current ones or new packaging suppliers.

At least 6 months in Customer Service / Quality assurance (in Food)/ Food labeling specialist / Product specification/ R&D in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Can Communication by English (include reading skill)
Ability to take initiative, prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines; attention to detail.
Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Bitotechnology or related fields
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Understanding of issues related to food safety and quality and promulgation if possible.
Must be computer literate in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Use your own initiative and be able to work independently.
Strong communication and cultural competence skills to work in multicultural, multi- lingual environments.
