Foreign Early Childhood Teacher / Group Leader

She/He is aware of the developmental stages of the children, observes children and reports about their well- being to the location manager and informs the parent about the child’s development.
The groupleader guides and instructs assistants in their work and attitude in the group and informs location manager about progress/ problems.
She creates an atmosphere in which children will be stimulated to play and explore and she/he creates special and different play activities (also related to age).
The groupleader is the main person in contacting parents of her group and initiates communication and informs the parents about the development of the child, rules, etc.
The groupleader will guide and take care of the children (as individuals and as a group) in her group.
The groupleader is responsible for good teamwork; she/he gives feedback and stimulates colleagues. She/He is friendly and respectful towards colleagues. She/He shows insight in own functioning and is flexible and she/he is focused on finding positive solutions.

Only take female candidates
Fluently in English (can speak and understand well)
Teaching degree or pedagogic degree (preferably in early childhood education).
Experience working with a group of young children at least 1 year.
