SUMMARY
The Franchise Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the setup and operational performance of franchised centers. This role ensures that franchised centers are established and operated in accordance with the company’s standards and business objectives, also accountable for the P&L performance of franchised centers against the approved budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Franchise System Development
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and standardize the Franchise Kit, including operational guidelines, procedures, and support materials.
- Ensure franchise standards and processes are clearly documented and effectively implemented across franchised centers.
New Franchise Center Setup
- Develop business plans for new franchised centers, including operational, financial, and resource planning.
- Coordinate cross- functional support during the setup phase, including but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Human Resources,…
- Supervise the fitting- out and facility preparation process to ensure center quality standards and timelines are met.
- Execute the approved setup plan for new franchised centers as assigned by the Franchise Head.
- Monitor center performance during the launch period and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Franchise Center Operations (Post- Setup)
- Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve business performance.
- Working time: 8h30- 17h30 Mondays to Fridays
- Provide ongoing operational support to franchised centers across key functions including sales, marketing, customer service, HR, supply chain, IT, legal, and administration.
- Deliver training and operational guidance to improve center performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor the performance of franchised centers against approved budgets and KPIs.
- Working location: Hoang Dao Thuy, Hanoi
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to coordinate cross- functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in new center setup, expansion projects, or franchise operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem- solving and decision- making capabilities.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Ability to travel when required to support franchised centers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operating English Centers (Operations Manager/ Center Manager), or franchise systems, or multi- branch service businesses.
