Reporting to the
Technical Manager
you will be responsible for:

Research and propose appropriate solutions (RAG, finetuning, Prompting optimization...) to minimize costs per conversation after integration.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Build a CS (Customer Care) chatbot on ChatGPT&039;s LLM model, using OnPoint&039;s knowledge set (Products, KM programs, prices, instructions for use). Pricing and Promotions knowledge set will change monthly.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

Experience integrating and implementing LLM- based projects, specifically ChatGPT
Have knowledge about handling chatbots with large amounts of messages, requiring good performance
Have good analysis and problem solving ability
