Freelance Recruiter (Hourly) - 100% Remote

Responsibilities

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
Coordinate interview schedules and perform reference checks
Main task: Screen candidates for different roles (high- level customer service, manager, accountant, ERP specialist, etc)
Assist with job postings on various online portals
Conduct interviews in a systematic and objective way
Optionally: also work on HR- related business consulting topics, like identifying areas of work in our business and mapping them to roles (for more senior candidates)

Fluent Vietnamese
You&039;re okay to be paid hourly (track your time and get paid exactly for the hours you work)
Proactive & detail- oriented
Experience in candidate outreach and initial contact
Ability to quickly understand and prioritize our specific hiring needs
Structured approach to candidate screening; can quickly implement your system
Very high level of English fluency (above average) for effective communication- our team is English- speaking, most candidates need to speak English
You&039;re talented at quickly identifying the major "pros and cons" of any candidate, based on our specific requirements
Adaptability in selection criteria to align with company priorities
Substantial experience in recruiting, especially screening candidates

Opportunity for full- time engagement initially, with the possibility to transition to part- time
Flexible timing (day/night/weekend/..) and flexible amount of hours worked: 15- 40 hours/week
Engaging work experience within an international, innovative team
Pay: 150k- 350k VND per hour, depending on experience, skill and English level
Hourly compensation- you will get paid no matter the result
100% remote work- work at home or from wherever you want (optionally in our beautiful rice field office in Hoi An)
