JOB DESCRIPTION
Admin & Operation (40%)
Support the onboarding process for new employees
Support the dissemination of HR- related information to employees
Provide support to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
Assist in filing and organizing HR documents
Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately
Generate reports as needed
Assist on admin/ad- hoc tasks such as happy Friday, company party/events etc
Enter and update employee information in HR databases
Assist in drafting internal HR communications
Take responsibility of daily general administrative support in the office
Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records
Track and order office equipment and supplies
Recruitment (60%)
Guarantee the fluency of recruitment system
Prepare interview materials and logistics
Assist in drafting and posting job vacancies on various platforms
Collaborate with other teams to strengthen the company’s employment brand
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure accurate and compelling job descriptions
Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist candidates for further evaluation
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain a well- organized applicant tracking system
Develop Employment Branding through creative and inspired posting, image for fan page, website, job fair, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Love working with people
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experienced in the IT- related field is a plus
Being good at English communication and writing skills
Curious about organizational psychology, sociology, and management principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Integrity, Trust, and Respect
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail- oriented with a high level of organizational ability
