Fresher Sales B2B IT [HN/HCM]

Support senior account managers in client meetings and project management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Assist in developing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Identify client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions and services.
Learn and stay updated on CMC TS products, services, and industry trends.

Detail- oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast- paced environment.
No prior experience required, but internships or academic projects related to IT or sales are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about technology and eager to learn about IT products and services.
