Perform check- in and check- out procedures accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional manner.
Liaise with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Handle room reservations and modifications through the hotel’s system.
Yêu cầu công việc
Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services preferred.
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer- oriented mindset with problem- solving skills.
