Key Responsibilities:

Code Reviews and Mentoring: Lead code reviews, share knowledge within the team, and mentor junior developers to cultivate a culture of excellence and perpetual learning.
Development and Maintenance: Spearhead the creation and upkeep of web applications using React.js, crafting clean, efficient code to meet specifications.
Innovation and Research: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the industry, proposing innovative solutions for ongoing projects.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with back- end developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure a harmonious blend of front- end and back- end technologies.
Performance Optimization: Enhance web application performance for optimal speed and scalability, promptly resolving any technical challenges or bugs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing web applications using React.js, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Integrating front- end applications with back- end services for a seamless user experience.
Actively participating in the entire application lifecycle, from the concept and design stages through testing, release, and ongoing support.
Keeping abreast of new technologies, trends, and best practices in web development to continuously improve existing applications.
Collaborating with the design team to meet end- user requirements, providing technical solutions for the development of new software features.

At least 4 years of experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on React.js projects.

Basic communication skills in English for effective teamwork.
Proficiency in React.js, including a thorough understanding of web development best practices, lifecycle management, state management with Redux or similar libraries, and component creation.
Understanding of RESTful APIs for integration with back- end services.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and modern front- end build pipelines and tools.
Familiarity with Jira and Agile project management.
Ability to manage third- party dependencies and debug conflicts.
Candidates with extensive experience in other front- end languages or frameworks like Vue.js, jQuery, and Angular are highly desirable.
Strong problem- solving abilities in a fast- paced, team- oriented environment.
Experience with Next.js or Nuxt.js frameworks is preferred.

Preference for candidates with experience in Material- UI (MUI), enhancing the design and usability of web applications with this popular React UI framework.
