Front Office Supervisor

Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure
Verify all cashier closures of Front Desk Agents on shift end for billing and attachment accuracy
Maintain an up to date knowledge of hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries
Supervise all Front Desk employees ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain good working relationship with all Front Office employees
Maintain an awareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levels

Good speaking and writing in English (100% interview with English)
At least 1 years of working in similar position or strong engough for new position
Bachelor&039;s Degree in related major
Able to work in shift rotate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office usage
Strong experience in building management and leading a team
Service oriented and with good personality (ability to solve the problem and Customer&039;s complaint)
