Frontend Lead Engineer Remote (27558)

- Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and team- related issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and technical documentation.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure frontend best practices.
- Train, support, and motivate team members to grow technically and professionally.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Manage team progress, task assignments, and delivery timelines.
- Propose technical solutions and guide architectural decisions.
- Actively read and refactor existing code to improve quality and performance.
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams including PMs, backend engineers, and designers.
- Lead and manage a frontend engineering team (less than 10 members).
- Conduct unit testing and support deployment and operation of products.

- at least 2 years of management exprience(tec leader, pm)
- over 5 years of experience as a web developer, using modern frameworks (angular, react, vue)
- experience in react type, css, html, and front- end languages
- graduated from a college or university
- english(intermediate level)

- Competitive gross monthly salary from USD 2,000 to USD 4,000 (negotiable)
