Frontend Senior/Lead (Electron/JavaScript)

Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
Deliver high- quality code following best practices for better performance, user experience, and reusability.
Troubleshoot existing code bases, hunt down nasty bugs, and refactor code.
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web- capable devices and browsers.
Work closely with the client teams and product design team to iterate quickly on new features and experiments.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and group brainstorming sessions.
Ensure the application is maintainable and extendable.
Building reusable components and Front- end libraries for future use.
Architect and build robust, scalable, highly available, and reliable Front- end applications, mostly focusing on the desktop app using Electron framework.

Experience with ReactJS or Angular.
Strong experience in Electron frameworks and understanding their core principles.
Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Basic communication in English
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Likely have 5+ years of experience depending on how fast you are learning and developing technical capability.
Experience in HTML5, and CSS3.
Ability to self- learn and adapt to new business and technologies quickly.

Experience in Micro Front- end.
Experience in performance optimization for Front- end applications.
Experience in Security and Pentest.
Ability to training and coaching for Junior Developers.
Experience in leading a small team.
