Fullstack Nodejs/React

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js / React) with the potential to step into a Tech Lead role

Day- to- Day Functional Duties

Design and build scalable backend services that ensure top performance, stability, and reliability.
Mentor teammates through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practice guidance.
Develop and maintain complex, high- performing web services and interfaces to enhance customer experience.
Deeply understand system architecture, refine technical standards, and promote coding best practices.
Collaborate closely with internal and external project members to provide technical insights and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Proactively detect and resolve system issues, mitigate technical risks, and drive continuous improvements.
Continuously improve system usability and performance while staying updated on new technologies and trends.

Reporting & Monitoring

Work closely with the PDM for consistent reporting, planning, and project tracking.
Prepare and present project reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and performance.
Maintain clear, detailed technical documentation for all software, systems, and processes.

Cooperation & Collaboration

Champion company standards and technical excellence across all projects.
Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and stakeholders.
Coordinate seamlessly with third- party development partners to ensure smooth daily operations.

Core Requirements

System Ownership: Thorough knowledge of the entire application development lifecycle (planning, documenting, leading large projects), and proven expertise in investigating and resolving production issues.
Experience Mastery: Minimum 6 years as a Node.js Developer and 3 years as a React.js Developer.
DevOps & Cloud: Deep expertise with Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and cloud computing platforms.
Database & Performance: Expert in advanced PostgreSQL and performance tuning; experienced with cache servers (Redis/Memcache).

Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, lead team problem- solving, and possess professional English written and conversational verbal skills.
Nice- to- Have

Experience with Flutter (3 years).
Team leadership experience.
Knowledge of system migration/rebuilding and DevOps Automation/IaC concepts (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
