Job Overview:
We’re expanding our Engineering team and looking for a hands- on Fullstack Team Leader who is passionate about building scalable, high- performing products while guiding a growing engineering team. This is a 70% coding / 30% leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in both deep tech and people development.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Act as a technical lead for the team: set standards, perform code reviews, and
● Design scalable architecture for high- availability systems;
● Own and deliver end- to- end features from concept to production (backend + frontend);
mentor less experienced engineers;
● Assign tasks, oversee delivery, and drive execution within the engineering team;
● Provide material and constructive feedback on the work of SWE and Sr. SWE;
● Continuously improve code quality, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must to Have
● Proven track record with 3+ years in fullstack development and 1+ year leading
engineering teams in product- based companies;
● Strong problem- solving skills and clean coding practices;
● Experience in modern design patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab and RESTful API;
● Experience with fullstack frameworks (Meteor.js, Remix);
● Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer/Information Technology or IT- related major;
● Familiarity with AI tools or models.
● Strong familiarity with large- scale microservices architecture;
● Experience in building highly available, performing and scalable clustered services CI/CD tools.
Nice to have
● Comfortable providing feedback and mentoring junior to senior developers;
● Solid understanding and hands- on experience with React.js;
