Game Designer

Monitor metrics, analyze data, and propose appropriate actions at project stages.
Develop a game story that aligns with the product&039;s objectives.
Collaborate with different departments within the project to ensure the progress and quality of feature development and events for games.
Generate ideas, design, and create detailed game documents.

Understanding of game design elements such as fun factors, user motivation, core loops, and progression.
Eagerness to learn, with a development mindset Open- minded, and proactive in communication, interaction, and collaboration with team members.
Passion for gaming and a desire to pursue a career in the gaming industry.
Minimum of 6 months of experience, with a portfolio of Game Design Documents (GDD) or products already available on the market.

01 hour paid leave per day for women having children under 12 months;
