Game Designer (Middle)

Collaborate with the Developer and Artist teams to develop and refine game ideas.
Analyze metrics, evaluate, and optimize to make appropriate adjustments.
Explore and research new game ideas, market trends, and user gaming behaviors.
Participate in research ideas and design Game Design Documents for Hybrid Casual games.

Proactive in all tasks.
Prior experience in developing idle games is an advantage.
Able to create diagrams for game core loop, economy, game flow, etc.
Quick learner, good communication skills.
Experienced in designing multiple games (having games scaled to >5M+ is an advantage).
Proficient in using Figma and Photoshop.
Knowledgeable about the gaming market and various game genres.
Experienced in playing many idle arcade and idle tycoon games.
Passionate about and love gaming.
