Game Designer (UI/UX, Unity)

• Performing assigned game designing tasks, continuously improving the quality of design work.


• Research and collect information from game market to generate new Game Design ideas.


• Developing and maintaining design documentation with a high quality, including mechanics, story, menu flow, layout design, functional description and guidelines, game economy such as currency, shop items …


• Work on and maintain Monetization and Retention strategies of the games, balancing and adjusting gameplay experiences in order to match product’s expectation   


• Conducting regular design reviews, co-work with QA team,  DEV, artist to ensure intended gaming experience and game design is true cohesion. 

Strong passion and solid video games background – knowledge about new market trends but also about retro gaming

• About 2+ years of experience in a Game Designer role.


• Good understanding of the market and target audience of Video Games.


• Solid knowledge about Game Design including game mechanics, level design, and UI/UX.


• Good knowledge about monetization strategy and Game Retention strategy.


• Experience with game reward systems. 


• Problem-solving, presentation and pitching skills skills.


• English, especially in reading & writing


• Self-disciplined; demonstrating strong motivation and passion at work.


• Teamwork skill, strong commitment, quality oriented.
  


• Ability to adapt quickly to change, flexibility of thinking and welcome positive feedbacks for improvement.

• Work directly with team of senior and talented game makers who experienced 5-10 years in game industry.
