Game Designer

The Game Designer is responsible for the following:
• Be aware of the latest trends in the market.
• Assist the producers and head of production if needed.
• Put together the Game Design documents of the elements mentioned and ensure these documents are well maintained from the start until the end of the assigned project(s).
• Work together with the other departments (developer, artist, QA, producer) to deliver the best quality possible.
• Proactively following it the project status, raise alarms to the producer in case of issues along with his/her recommendations for solutions.
• Consider, plan, and detail and document elements of a game including (but not limited to) the world/story design, game mechanics/modes, level design, balancing, user flow/interfaces, monetization strategy, tracking/anti- hacking.

• Understanding the principles of game design including (but not limited to): mechanics, balancing, level design, etc.
• Quality and result oriented.
• Passionate in gaming and game industry is a plus.
• Awareness of the gaming market & trends.
• Be able to use Photoshop and/or other tools to present/visualize his/her ideas is a plus.
