As a Game Devops at Glohow, you&039;ll ensure seamless game operations and infrastructure across global markets. We have successfully published and serviced multiple games across Asia, with standout titles such as Guardian Tales, which achieved top rankings in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia; Odin: Valhalla Rising, which surpassed 1 million new users within 30 days of its Taiwan launch, reaching 1 on both iOS and Google Play and later winning the Grand Prize and Best Graphics at the 2021 Korea Game Awards.
Founded in 2016, Glohow is a global game service and publishing company headquartered in Singapore, operating as a subsidiary of Kakao Games in 2020, with regional offices in Thailand, Taiwan, Korea and Vietnam (since 2018).
Key Responsibilities
Server & Backend Management:

Contribute to the design and smooth operation of game servers and backend systems.
Collaborate with game developers and partners to optimize and integrate systems, including: Servers, databases, logs, SDKs, and tools; Cloud infrastructure and server cost optimization.
Ensure service scalability and develop data analytics infrastructure, supporting live game operations.

Integration & Third- party Management:

Manage internal build processes, external build uploads, and market certification/signature management.
Collaborate with third- party vendors and service providers to support app store integrations, external IDPs, feature modules, and SDK solutions (e.g. unified platforms, security tools).

Project & Issue Management:

Issue tracking and issue resolution.
Manage technical task milestones, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Tools & Infrastructure Optimization:

Improve technical processes such as build version management, automation of build deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Integrate and manage internal and external BI tools.

Effective communication skill in English, able to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
Proven problem- solving skills in maintaining service stability and addressing live operational issues.
Familiarity with BI tools and operational data to drive live service improvements and cost optimization.
Hands- on experience with scalable backend design and integrating services such as IAP, analytics, tracking, and third- party SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Unity Game Services, Playfab).
Solid understanding of backend architecture, system integration, and cloud services.
Approximately 5 years of experience in game server/back- end management and publishing operations.
Experience with build automation, version control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
