We are open for newbie in game/product operator to manage and optimize our online game/product operations, improve user experience and promote business growth. You will work closely with the development, marketing and customer service teams to ensure the successful operation of the product in the market.

Description:

- Develop user growth strategies to increase the number of users, activity, and user lifetime value.

- Cooperate with multiple departments such as marketing, technology, and customer service to ensure the smooth launch and promotion of the product;

- Monitor the dynamics of competitors and market trends, and adjust operation strategies;

- Responsible for the daily operation management of the game or product to ensure the smooth operation of the game/product;

- Develop and implement operation plans, monitor key operation indicators (such as DAU, retention rate, paid conversion rate, etc.), and analyze and optimize data;

- Collect and analyze user feedback, and assist the product team in function optimization and user experience improvement;

- Design and implement online activities to improve user activity and engagement;

Requirements:

- Fluent Chinese communication

- Highly responsible at work, progressive attitude and eager to learn new technology

- Have keen insight into market trends and user needs;

- Proficient in MS Office

- Ambitious in making and playing games

- Have strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit
