Gameplay Designer

Working with our lead Concept Artist to design various levels.
Working with our Game Developers and blockchain specialists to ensure the system works seamlessly.
Working with the Art Director to turn concepts into fun and functional contents.
Gameplay System Designing, Player Experience Designing, Level Designing.
Optimizing the skill system to maximize players’ gameplay experience.
Designing the asset system, formulating item stats.

Has experience with game design tools.
Management and communication skills are extremely valuable.
Knowledge of Decentralized Finance and blockchain is a plus.
Proven success in creating compelling and innovative gameplay in MMO games or similar.
Experience with MMORPG and/or simulation games (space related experience is a plus).
Be proactive and versatile with great passion.
At least 3 years of professional experience in the game industry or,
Structural, optimal, and minimal mindset.
Has originality, backed by the deep understanding of gameplay mechanics & players’ psychology .

Mainly remote work but as we grow, be expected to travel internationally (Japan/Vietnam).
No timesheet, only contents matter.
