General Account (Củ Chi-HCM)

+ Working time: From Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM -4:30 PM
+ Reports To: Vice CFO VN
+ Working location: Cu Chi Dist. HCMC
✓ Prepare financial reports and charged out costs to Denmark
✓ Check accounting documents to ensure that they are correct, legal, and valid for posting
✓ Prepare all compulsory tax reports (VAT, FCWT, CIT…)
✓ Handle month-end closing activities: expenses summary/allocation, fixed asset depreciation, accruals
✓ Back up some tasks of team members when they are on leave (bank payment order, outgoing invoice issuance…)
✓ Manage accounting entries to comply with accounting principles and the policies of the company
✓ Perform other tasks assigned by Vice CFO VN
✓ Prepare all compulsory statistic reports
✓ Assist in working with the external auditors and tax auditors
✓ Assist in annual Budget preparation

✓ Problem-solving and time management skill
✓ Trustworthy, honest, careful, attention to details, high sense of responsibility, well-organized, and ethical
✓ Able to work independently as well as in a team
✓ University Degree in Finance and Accounting or related fields
✓ Good in English
✓ Positive and professional attitude
✓ Good computer application skills, especially MS Excel and Word
✓ Experience in furniture industry is an advantage
✓ Minimum 5 years of work experience
✓ Good communication skills
