General Accountant

What you will do:
Daily Operations

Maintain and update accounting books, general ledger, and supporting schedules.
Check and classify accounting documents before posting.
Manage cash flow and bank transactions; prepare bank reconciliations.
Record and verify accounting transactions (receipts, payments, invoices, accruals, etc.).

Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Tasks

Reconcile intercompany accounts, supplier, and customer balances.
Prepare monthly trial balance and financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Monitor expense allocation, accruals, and prepayments.
Support internal and external audits, provide necessary documents and explanations.
Assist in preparing annual financial statements.
Support tax declaration (VAT, PIT, CIT) and statutory compliance.

Internal Coordination

Participate in improving accounting processes and internal control systems.
Work with other departments to ensure proper cost allocation and budget control.
Coordinate with HR for payroll accounting and insurance payment.

Whom we’re looking for:

Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations
Detail- oriented, honest, responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Fluent in English ( ~ IELTS 6.5)
MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Ecount, MISA, FAST, or ERP systems), analytical skills
