Controlling SG&A Expenses

Accrue SG&A expenses if any
Reconcile COA for SG&A expenses and accrual
Reviewing and recording SG&A expenses (HN & HCM office)
Checking the data from HR to match with Accounting system: Salary, PIT, Insurance, ….

Controlling SVC cost/AP Invoices

Reviewing and recording SVC cost (MTC, MOD/Repair, Part selling)
Reconcile COA for SVC cost and WIP

Preparing for daily/weekly/monthlyquarterly report

Check & reconcile SVC COS, SG&A expense report to make sure correct sub- account
Check IS and BS report to identify incorrect transactions
Other reports as BOD/HQ requested

Tax matter and other reports

Work with local authorities related to accounting matter
Work with audit firm
Tax matter related to PIT, VAT (included invoices related), CIT, WHT, Out- of- province tax

Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant

Common communication in English (including reading and writing)
At least 03- year experience of General Accountant, Tax Accountant or equivalent position
Require good analytical skills, willing to learn, careful
Have knowledge working on foreigner accounting software (ERP, SAP, …) is an advantage
Team- work, well- organized, responsible
University degree in accounting, economics, finance
